11.PhenoTempDev Increased and Decreased Deviance Description

For a given Feature of each allele, if the quantitative measured values of the feature are significantly different between temperature 26 and temperature 32 by Mann-Whitney-Wilcoxon rank-sum test, we defined that the feature of the allele is deviance.

If the feature is deviance and the mean of the quantitative measured values of temperature 32 is bigger than that of temperature 26, we defined that the feature of the allele is increased deviance (IncrDev).

In contrast, if the feature is deviance and the mean of the quantitative measured values of temperature 32 is smaller than that of temperature 26, we defined that the feature of the allele is decreased deviance (DecrDev).

If the feature is not deviance, we defined that the feature of the allele is a non-deviance(NonDev).

12.PhenoMutaDev Increased and Decreased Deviance Description

For a given Feature of each allele in temperature 26 or temperature 32, if the quantitative measured values of the feature of the allele are significantly different with that of wild-type by Mann-Whitney-Wilcoxon rank-sum test, we defined that the feature of the allele is deviance.

If the feature is deviance and the mean of the quantitative measured values of the allele is bigger than that of wild-type, we defined that the feature of the allele is increased deviance (IncrDev).

13.PhenoCycleDev Increased and Decreased Deviance Description
