In this section, we will show you the format of downloaded file. User can download three kind of files:
- all temperature-sensitive alleles dataset
- quantitative single-cell measurements of each allele
- morphological images (TIFF format) of each allele
8.1. all temperature-sensitive alleles dataset
All temperature-sensitive alleles dataset, named all_tsAllele.gz , was compressed by gzip.
The file format is below:
alleleName : Allele Name 1
orfName : Open Reading Frame (ORF) Name 1

The Key format is certain temperature plus certain bud size plus cell or compartments plus morphological feature, e.g. 26_unbud_cellular_area
8.2. quantitative single-cell measurements of each allele
The quantitative single-cell measurements of each allele was also compressed by gzip.
The file format is below:
orfName : Open Reading Frame (ORF) Name
Allele Name : Allele Name
cell or subcellular compartments dataset 1 :
quantitative measurements (values are separated by tab)

8.3. morphological images (TIFF format) of each allele
The morphological tif image can be downloaded from the system and the average size is 2.5 Mb.
All temperature-sensitive alleles dataset, named all_tsAllele.gz , was compressed by gzip.
